100% Silvaner

Tasted it first at a tasting on a very snowy day in Holland. Years ago. Was blown away at the first sip. Like being swept of your feet by a jaw dropping beauty. The only wine out of over 150 wines on that tasting that left a lasting impression. Sparkling apricot and raisins on the nose. Smooth mid palate, sweet (obviously) with raisin, dried apricot and plum. A hint of honey might be observed too.
