    How do I get more product information?

    Should you require any documents for import/export, grape composition or professional wine critics ratings etc. Feel free to let us know. Please note product photos correspond to the Chateau/ Domaine/ Maison, not specific to the vintage.

     

    What is the quality of the wines offered on Wine Thief?

    We offer a wide range of products on Wine Thief, from world-renowned chateau in Bordeaux to niche family-run domaines in Chile. Our sourcing team always make sure the wines are 100% authentic and delivered to Hong Kong in optimum conditions. They are then stored in a 24/7 temperature and humidity controlled warehouse. We go a long way to ensure the wines you receive from us meet the highest standards!

     

    Can you arrange a return/refund?

    Due to sensitivity of wines and our zero-compromise on standards, we do not accept any return nor refund unless the bottle is broken/ wrong upon delivery. We will not offer any wines to any customers if we cannot be 100% sure of the wine quality/ not sure how they were stored. If this happens, please do let us know within 24 hours upon delivery (invoice number and photos required).

     

    Can I leave the wine with you?

    There are many reasons on why you need to buy wine now without the need of immediately drinking them. Purchasing the limited editions, securing your favourites, snapping a bargain or being on a diet…Therefore, we have found you the perfect solution! We offer 6 months free storage for all our customers/ Partners-in-Wine! Storage facility is currently not available for external.

    How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

    Complimentary delivery is offered for any order size. No minimum purchase is required. I know, we are different to other wine e-retailers, but we just really want to make sure you can enjoy your wine at your favourite place!

     

    Where do you deliver within Hong Kong?

    We deliver to all permanent addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Discovery Bay for free! With the exception of certain outlying islands, ports, marinas, restricted areas, private jets, airport, hotels and warehouses. Yes, we do have clients that want us to deliver their wines to their private jets!

     

    Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes we do. We can help to provide a delivery quote based on your order and address. Please be aware that your local custom may charge you for any applicable taxes and duties.

     

    How long does it take for my wine to arrive?

    Local delivery will be arranged within 2 business days once order and payment are received before 2pm. In the event of typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm signal, we will try our best to arrange the wine to be delivered the next business day.

     

    When will I be charged for additional delivery cost?

    Please provide us an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional delivery attempts required due to unsuccessful first delivery, addresses in outlying islands, ports, marinas, restricted areas, private jets, airport, hotels and warehouses will be arranged at an additional cost.

     

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept visa, master, AMEX and international credit cards without any additional charges. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and bank transfer via HSBC.
