We offer a wide range of products on Wine Thief, from world-renowned chateau in Bordeaux to niche family-run domaines in Chile. Our sourcing team always make sure the wines are 100% authentic and delivered to Hong Kong in optimum conditions. They are then stored in a 24/7 temperature and humidity controlled warehouse. We go a long way to ensure the wines you receive from us meet the highest standards!

Can you arrange a return/refund?

Due to sensitivity of wines and our zero-compromise on standards, we do not accept any return nor refund unless the bottle is broken/ wrong upon delivery. We will not offer any wines to any customers if we cannot be 100% sure of the wine quality/ not sure how they were stored. Please do let us know within 24 hours upon delivery (invoice number and photos required) if the product arrived broken or incorrect.
