60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz, 10% Carmenere

This noble wine is a very limited edition we make only 25 barrels of this blend a year. Each batch spends 15 months carefully nurtured in the barrel and then rests in bottle. The musts are culled from the best very small plots of each variety that goes into this great wine.
