The sensation is in the mouth, where the Pinodise astounds with its balance and softness, with sweet notes of honey and eucalyptus, and with its freshness and full-bodied finish. It can be served as an aperitif or as an ideal accompaniment for p̢t̩s, strong cheeses and chocolate desserts. As an aperitif and dessert it is best served at a temperature of 6-7°C, while with cheeses it is best at a higher temperature (11-13°C).
