This little Chateau in the satellite region of St Georges St Emilion is the family property of the legendary winemaker Pascal Delbeck, the one-time regisseur at Chateau Ausone. This is made from 2 part Merlot and 1 part Cabernet Franc and shows the hallmark silky tannins of the aforementioned oenologist. There are black and red fruits, but shown in a restrained fashion.
