Robert Parker: This modestly-sized Margaux estate (4,500 cases) continues to produce fine wine that sells for a song. For some unknown reason, it remains under the radar of most wine consumers. While not at the level of the 2005 or 2004, the deep ruby/purple-tinged 2006 is a strong effort. Sweet aromas of black cherries, cassis, smoke, earth, and a hint of truffles are followed by a pure, medium-bodied, moderately tannic wine that should drink nicely between 2012-2024.
